My stay at the Metro Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were generally clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly during my interactions. However, I experienced significant issues due to a fire incident, which led to poor communication and a lack of support from the hotel management during a stressful time. Overall, the hotel has potential, but mishandled situations could negatively impact your experience.
